Where are my meals cooked?
All of your BYT, meals are cooked in our very own custom-built commercial kitchen right here in Shelbyville, TN! We’ve equipped our kitchen with state of the art technology that allows our expert culinary team to create healthy meals, using only natural ingredients, that will stay fresh in your fridge for 5-7 days.

What are your delivery days/ordering cutoff times?
Thanks to the advanced culinary technology we have in our custom-built kitchen, all of our meals will stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to 5-7 days.

Do I need to cook the food?
Nope! Each meal is fully cooked and it just needs to be re-heated.

I'm allergic to __________, how can I be sure my food is safe?
At BYT, we care about the safety of our customers. All of our chefs are trained and certified in proper food handling procedures. We take food allergies very seriously. While we do our best to avoid allergen cross-contamination, our facility is used to process peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, shellfish, and other common allergens, so we cannot assume any liability for adverse reactions to food prepared or delivered by BYT.

What is your service area?
We currently offer home/commercial delivery in Rutherford County, TN. On the cart page, you can check your delivery address. This should be the same as your billing address once you have items in the cart.

What time can I expect my meals?
Delivery times vary depending on specific location and volume of orders; however, we strive to deliver your meals between 11 am - 3pm CST(Pro tip: no need to be home for delivery!)

Do I need to be home to receive my meals?
No, you don't need to be home in order for us to deliver; our drivers will leave your meals on your doorstep (or elsewhere, per your instructions). If you will not be home for a while please leave a cooler or cooler bag with ice for our drivers to place the meals in.

Can I pickup my meals?
We offer the option to pick up your meals at one of our convenient pick-up locations every week! Pickup times and locations are: Bellevue Tuesday 1pm-7pm or Shelbyville, Chapel Hill, Tullahoma on Monday, Wednesday & Friday 11am- 7pm. We provide home delivery to the Murfreesboro area every Tuesday between 11am- 3pm. If you are not going to be home between 11am - 3pm, please leave a cooler at your front door to leave your meals in.

What if I miss the cutoff time to order for delivery on a specific day? Can you squeeze my order in and still deliver on the day I want?
In order to reduce food waste and ensure the highest quality experience for each customer as possible, our chef only orders and prepares the exact amount of food that we have orders for at the cutoff time (3pm daily). Because of this, we aren’t able to add in additional orders after the cutoff time has passed. However, we would love to serve you on the next upcoming delivery day or you can visit one of our storefront locations and choose your meals from our coolers.
